At a United Nations conference for the Head of the States... President Clinton(US) met President Saddam Hussein(Iraq).Saddam asked "Hey,would you guys stop that bombing stuffs,I thought my army was long out of Kuwait manz!" Clinton replied "Hey,that's not for me to decide manz,my commanders told me they've a surplus of bombs" and shrugged off. President Jiang Zemin(China) saw President Clinton(US) sitting there drinking alone wearing a worrying look,and asked "Hey what's bothering you Bill?" Clinton responded despondently "Not sure what the congress has in store for me Zemin." "psss..."whispered PM Blair to President Clinton "yeah?"replied Clinton. "What next with Iraq manz?"replied Blair somewhat panickily"we seems to have bomb all the wrong targets there manz!" "Yeah..I know that"said Clinton somewhat nonchantantly. "You knew it all along?"Blair screeched and jumped a little. "Yeah."replied Clinton in the same tone. "What's this supposed to mean?"demanded Blair.<"C'mon,we bombed it because we need to Tony boy"said Clinton. "For what?"Blair nearly screeched. "To divert those silly people from bugging me about that intern..what's the name...ahh..Lewinsky,and to distract people from the fact that you've just re-appointed that Peter Mandelson back in your government to carry on spinning to keep you popular Tony boy.."Clinton patted Blair after the fatherly-advice,leaving the latter nodding "yeah,why din't I think of that?",enlightened. President Fidel Castro(Cuba) was smoking cigar on the sofa when Clinton approached and sat along,heaving "darn good cigars your island produced Fidel old boy". Grinning Castro said "Yeah,why did you impose those stupid trade tariffs and condemn my island then Billy goat". Unoffended,Clinton said cheerily "To increase our tax revenues my friend". Before Castro replied,Clinton continued,grinning"Moreover,we meant no harm,just to make an enemy for my people you know,just one of those old tricks,you sure used it too my friend..hehe"...finishing off with a 'you-know-what' grinz. (Provisional)President B.J Habibie met PM Goh Chok Tong(Singapore).The former confronted the later angrily"I want your Senior Minister Lee Kuan Yew to respect me alright!" Goh replied"Make yourself respectable first then"and walks away for more intelligent conversation with the others. PM Howard(Australia) and his Portuguese counterpart was having a conversation when the former asked quizzically "Something which I couldn't understand.." His Portugal counterpart gladly offered to resolve Howard's query. Howard asked "Why would your country retreated out of East Timor in the first place,and later condemned Indonesia for mistreating it?" Laughing heartily the Portugal leader said "nah,why would we be concerned of the East Timorese Howard old boy?" Still puzzled Howard asked "Why the seeming concern of Portugal over the East Timor issue now then?" Still laughing the Portugal leader replied "hiyah,you're really dim manz!just to enlighten you--to pretend we're a really democratic society,whatever that means,and to make ourselves appearing like saints to the Timorese or the world,that we're good manz." PM Jean Chretien(Canada) asked Clinton during the teatime "Why wouldn't you sell us the high-resolution satellites,it's not as if we wouldn't pay you isn't it?" Clinton replied "Ahh..that's an intellectual product,but since that's as far as our intelligence have gone at the moment,we would rather keep it for a while,so that at least for now we appear more intelligent than you." and grinz off. President Jiang Zemin asked Clinton again "What's your problem manz,why did you allow the human rights abuses crap report to come out condemning us?" somewhat angrily. Clinton answered "cool down old pal,you know I need to divert attention from the recent racist murder in my country remember?My apology to make you my scapegoat for a while old pal."and heaves a heavy sigh. Jiang replied "Oh well,just my luck." President Estrada(the Philippines) was chit-chatting with President B.J Habibie(Indonesia). Estrada said furiously "How dare they(Malaysian government) attempt to arrest my dear friend Anwar!That's a total abuse of human rights,full of cronyism,despotism manz" Habibie said "yeah,too bad that Anwar's not Deputy PM of Malaysia anymore manz,thought he would've help to speak out for me..." dismally.
